Usage(Adult) :

• Vomiting: 4-6 Drops in 20 ml water at 30 minutes interval. 2 Times, Keep patient empty stomach as much as possible.

• Diarrhea: 6 drops in 50 ml water at 30 minutes interval. 3 Times. Keep patient empty stomach as much as possible.

• Gas(Abdominal Distention),Flatulence,Chronic Gastritis: 4 drops in 1/3rd cup of water after every meal plus 2 drops empty stomach every morning with 50 ml water. Reduce dinner to half, walk for half a mile after dinner.

• Abdominal Pain: 6 drops in 1/3rd cup of water. Avoid eating until pain subsides.

• Chest burn/Heart burn: 2 drops every 2 hours in 1/3rd cup of water.

• Belch (Khatti Dakar): 4 drops in 1/3rd cup of water after every meal plus 2 drops empty stomach every morning with 50 ml water. Stop eating spicy food/curry and packaged food.

Ingredients of Udar Sanjeevni

Camphor/Kapoor

Bhimseni Camphor is considered the purest form of camphor. Any edible camphor which is derived from tree/plant/weeds is called Pacha Kapoor. Thus Pacha Kapoor is umbrella caegory and all edible camphors fall under this. Since Bhimseni kapoor is derived from tree named Cinnamomum Camphora or Kapoor tree it is also Pacha i.e edible camphor. It is best for medicinal and religious purposes and Ayurvedic texts refer to this camphor. But not all pacha are Bhimseni there is Baras Kapoor derived from weeds found in Malaysia. This kapoor is getting imported in India since 15 th century and is also used in medicines. . Besides usage in Puja,it is widely used in an aroma diffuser or kapur daani to spread a wonderful fragrance through the atmosphere. the pleasant vapours calm and relax kapur mind and even repel mosquitoes.

Thymol

Thymol or Ajwain Sat is made When essential oils obtained from 'ajwain' are cooled down, they solidify. Thymol is one of the most important dietary constituents in thyme species. For centuries, it has been used in traditional medicine and has been shown to possess various pharmacological properties including antioxidant, free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic and antitumor activities. Ajwain helps to manage digestive problems by promoting digestive fire due to its Deepan (appetizer) property. It also helps to digest the food easily due to its Pachan (digestive) property and gives relief from flatulence.

Pudina sat(peppermint)

Pippermint or Pudina Sat is made When essential oils obtained from 'Pudina' are cooled down, they solidify. Pudina also help clean up toxins from the gut (these are the end products of gastric digestion) and strengthens the stomach. It also be effective in dyspepsia (indigestion) symptoms such as appetite, bloating, belching (burping), and nausea. Pudina aids in digestion and helps in weight management due to its carminative (relieves gas) and antispasmodic property. Chewing Pudina leaves helps in getting relief from bloating and gas. As pudina sat has all these properties it is very effective in very less quantity.

Cintronella Oil

Citronella oil is made from citronella grass. Sri Lanka citronella oil comes from Cymbopogon nardus. Java citronella oil comes from Cymbopogon winterianus. . Steam distillation is the traditional method used to extract essential oils from plants, including Citronella. In this process, steam is passed through the plant material, causing the essential oil to vaporize. The vapor is then condensed and collected, resulting in pure Citronella essential oil. Citronella grass is native to tropical areas. Citronella has an anti-amoebic effect and is effective against Entamoeba histolytica. Citronella also acts as an anti-bacterial and is active against various bacterial organisms like Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella species.
