If Your Hands or Feet Go Numb Tingling

29 December 2023

The main reason for numbness or tingling in the extremities is poor blood circulation. When there's prolonged pressure on any part of the body or when blood circulation is not adequate, it can affect the nerves in that area, leading to tingling sensations or numbness.

1.  If your hands or feet have gone numb, take warm water in a large container and add Epsom salt to it. Soak the numb limb in this warm Epsom salt solution for about 10 minutes. This can provide significant relief.

2. Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and honey and consume it every morning for a few days.

3. If you experience numbness in your hands or feet, you can massage them with warm olive oil or mustard oil. This helps open up the blood vessels, improves blood circulation, and can alleviate the issue.

*4.* Engage in regular exercise to promote overall circulation.

Please note that if you experience persistent or severe numbness or tingling, it's important to consult a healthcare professional, as it could be a sign of an underlying medical condition.
